DELIVERY, RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY DELIVERY

Trendsetter.co.in ensure that the product delivered in good condition and the fastest time , as per our customer demand we fulfill the same ( generally 3 to 5 days) maximum 7 to 10 days , in this case we inform customer early so that customer decide to cancel the order or not.

Please note also that no shipment made from us on Sunday and public holiday, as our logistic partner does not make any pick up on those days.

The choice of the consignment carrier is made by sole discretion of Trendsetter.co.in

The consignment will be delivered to the customer address by the consignment carrier after the clearance of all the custom formalities.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You have the option to return and exchange item from Trendsetter.co.in , returns and exchange acceptance depends on the following condition:-

If you choose to exchange the item for the reason of any mismatch the size or receipt of a defective pieces, please notify us within two days of receipt of goods.

Return and exchange because of disliking the product won”t be accepted back or exchanged. All the product should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress, presence of original tags must be accept returns.

CANCELLATION

If the order is canceled , lost or undelivered your preferred location , we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges , if you cancel part of the order shipping charges will not be refunded.
